San Pedro Belize

Belize is an English speaking democracy just south of the Mexican Yucatan Peninsula in Central America.  Ambergris Caye is the largest of many islands off the coast of Belize surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.  Its breathtaking scenery, wonderful climate, friendly people, and close proximity to the second largest barrier reef in the world make Ambergris Caye one of the best vacations spots in the Caribbean.  Only 2 hours by air from Houston or Miami, then a short, scenic flight from Belize International Airport to San Pedro airstrip, and you’re here.

Grand Caribe is located 2 miles north of the town of San Pedro, Belize on the Caribbean Island of Ambergris Caye. Ambergris Caye is an island approximately 10 miles off the shore of the country of Belize in Central America. San Pedro, Belize has evolved from a sleepy little fishing village into a quaint, colorful Caribbean town.

The northern section of Ambergris where Grand Caribe is located is separated from the town by a bridge wide enough to accommodate people, bicycles and golf carts. The bridge links the Boca Del Rio Area to other areas in the far north of the island. Grand Caribe is perfectly located as it is not too far from town to be an inconvenience and it is not too close to be caught in the momentum of “business as usual” in the town or San Pedro.

Grand Caribe has an astonishing view of the Barrier Reef, often times by just sitting on your balcony you will catch sight of wild dolphins frolicking in the Caribbean Sea. Because of the lay out of the buildings and the elevation of property every single unit has an amazing view. The density of the property is low and this amplifies the grandeur environment of the property.
