Our full service concierge office in the lobby offers an array of services. Basically anything Belize has to offer can be arranged through our concierge!

Tour Booking

We will be happy to arrange a half-day, full-day or even an over night trip to one of our exciting tour destinations. We offer fishing, snorkeling, diving, sailing, and trips to the mainland to explore ruins or cave tubing. See our Belize tours page.

Book Spa Services

Local Airline Reservations
We can arrange flights for you from Belize International Airport to anywhere within the country of Belize and to Flores, Guatemala.

Golf Cart Rental 

The easy mode of transport on the island is the golf cart.Let us arrange for your cart by the hour, day or week. The main streets of San Pedro have cobblestones while the remaining roads are still sand and dirt. The golf carts are gas driven and are either 4 seats or 6 seats.You must have a driver’s license to operate and carry your license with you at all times. Prices vary during low season or high season, so please book in advance. We will provide you with a map so it will make your life easier to drive! 

Babysitting  

Services available day or night. Our sitters are English speaking and are available in the daytime while you are diving or snorkeling or experiencing a fun filled day at the Blue Hole or Turneffe.  In the evening time, they are available to watch your children so you can have a romantic night out or a night on the tour with friends. Rest assured your children are in the safe and watchful hands. $10 US per hour

Restaurant Reservations  

Our Cowboy's Pool Bar & Grill now open from 7am-12am; Grill open until 9pm.
