Have a Modern Fairytale Destination Wedding in Belize
On July 15th 2015, we published a blog entitled “Love Takes to the Air: A Surprise Engagement Over Ambergris Caye, Belize”. This was about the super romantic proposal made by one of our long term residents Larry Harmon – to his then girlfriend Margo Snyder. For a flash back of that amazing proposal, visit our blog. The day finally came for Larry and Margo to take, what many would consider, the biggest step in their lives, and we are super excited that they chose Grand Caribe Belize as their destination wedding location. On site to capture the moments once again, was one of our favorite photographer, Olivera Rusu. Leading up to the wedding, the guys had some fun with their photo shoot. Then it was the girls’ turn. Clear blue skies dotted by lily white clouds made promise of a blessed union. It was time for the bride to start her walk down the aisle. Patiently awaiting his soon to be bride, Larry chats with wedding officiator Iraida Gonzalez. The look in their eyes – sheer love – as they shared their vows with each other. After vows were shared, the wedding party took some time out to take some candid photos highlighting their joy for the newly-weds. The newly-weds relished in the occasion to create frame-able moments. Then it was time for the reception dinner – at RAIN!! Dancing to the tune of – Por Una Cabeza by Carlos Gardel, Mr. & Mrs. Larry Harmon took to the floor for their first dance together as one unit. The night culminated with thousands of fireworks illuminating the nights’ skies as the new couple, along with invited guests, celebrated their union. Grand Caribe Belize takes this opportunity to extend best wishes for a long lasting marriage, filled with memorable moments to Larry and Margo. Congratulations! We’d also like to thank Oli for always being gracious to share her remarkable work with us. For information on weddings at Grand Caribe Belize, we invite you visit our wedding page.
