What is your pet policy?
There are no pets allowed in Rental Program.

What is the weather in Belize?
Generally it is hot days with cooler nights. Belize weather is similar to Southern Florida. In the winter, occasional cold fronts sometimes come down from the gulf of Mexico.
What type of clothes, etc. are best to bring?
Beach ware during the days. most restaurants are very relaxed, however you can bring a few nicer pieces for fine dining. Depending on the time of year, light sweater is recommended for night time beach walks.
Where are you located?
We are located 2miles North of downtown San Pedro on Ambergris Caye Island.
Is there wireless internet available in the rooms?
WiFi is available in the rooms.
Can golf carts be rented at Grand Caribe?
Yes, we rent golf carts and they can be pre-booked and waiting upon your arrival through our concierge at [email protected]
Is it possible to get a chef to cook private dinners for one or more nights ?
Yes, it is possible, pricing depends on your choice of menu; please contact tours@grandcaribebelize if you’d like to request a private chef, they require a 48hr minimum notice.
Are there beach towels available for guests?
Beach towels are located inside each condo.
What is available in each of the rooms – hair dryer, shampoo, washing machine/dryer, etc.?
Available in each condo is a safe, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, toiletries; we provide all the amenities you would typically find in a resort.
What tours do you offer?
We offer an array of tours that suit anyone’s preference, from the adventurous to the relaxing; please browse our tours page to see what is available.
Do you offer scuba diving, if so, where would the dive boats pick us up?
We do offer scuba diving and the boat will pick you up right off our dock here at Grand Caribe.
Can Grand Caribe arrange for me to get my PADI certification?
Yes, as part of our concierge and tours office we can arrange scuba courses.
Do you offer half day/full day fishing tours and, if so, how much do they cost?
Yes, we do offer half and full day fishing tours, each type of fishing whether it be half day fly fishing or full day deep sea has a separate cost, please contact our tour operator [email protected] for more information regarding pricing.
What is the minimum age required for cave tubing and zip lining?
8 yrs old and older.
