” THE Place to Stay in San Pedro!
We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Caribe. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You can book any excursion you’re looking to do in the lobby. They’ve got their own golf cart fleet which made the rental process a breeze. Pool & pool bar are very nice and clean. Pool bar has an excellent drink menu full of local concoctions. A few restaurants on site if you don’t feel like venturing out to eat. There’s also a small grocery store at the resort where you can pick up snack items, liquor, bottled water, sodas, ECT. You can also book ahead and have groceries waiting in your room when you arrive. We had a beach walk-out room. The room as a whole was very neat and clean, had a massive bathroom, and full kitchen. A nice sized balcony with steps down to the beach. Personally…the beach walk-out wasn’t a must because the only “real” beach area is in the center of the resort near the pool area. We are already planning another trip back to San Pedro in the Summer and there’s not anywhere else I’d want to stay. My wife emailed the resort for room rates and she received a reply with 4 difference rooms rates in less than a day. We really enjoyed it at Grand Caribe and give it the thumbs up for anyone who’s asked us for recommendations! ”
