For those that want a truly unique stag and doe party consider sailing, fishing, golf, adventure tours, dive and snorkel trips, what ever your heart desires, we can set it up.
As for the event itself, we can decorate as much or as little as you like, starting with a delicious welcome cocktail right on through to your poolside reception and honeymoon suit. Our photos below will give you an idea of what we are capable of.
Add some Caribbean favorites to the reception menu, such as jerk chicken, grilled lobster, fried plantains, or conch fritters and tropical drinks, with local rum and a steel drum band, for that tropical island feeling.
It’s easy to get married in Belize, the country’s legal requirements make it very straightforward. To ensure a stress free wedding and ensure paperwork comes through, you should plan on staying in Belize a minimum of 10 days.
The Government of Belize requires that you reside in Belize three business days before you can submit your marriage application on the 4th business day. Once filed, the completed paperwork is ready the following business day. We can an facilitate the paperwork filing for you. You will not need to resister your marriage when you return home as marriage in Belize is legal worldwide.
The following is a list of Belize wedding requirements needed to obtain a marriage license in the country:
If neither the bride nor the groom has been married before, you will need the following:
– Fully completed marriage license application form notarized by a Justice of the Peace
– Photocopy of passport showing picture and date of arrival in Belize
If either the bride or groom (or both) has been married before, you will need the following:
– Fully completed marriage license application form notarized by a Justice of the Peace
– Photocopy of passport showing picture and date of arrival in Belize
– Original certified final divorce decree(s), must be an original document with the court’s stamp or – seal and original signature photo copies will not be accepted.
If either the bride or groom (or both) is a widow or widower, you will need the following:
– Fully completed marriage license application form notarized by a Justice of the Peace
– Photocopy of passport showing picture and date of arrival in Belize
– Original death certificate(s)
