Slow season on Ambergris Caye is a time when many businesses take the opportunity to give themselves a facelift and make everything nice looking for high season. Our resort took the opportunity to freshen up our paint, expand the dock and remodel the pool bar. While GC’s was closed Guests were invited to go enjoy a drink and the spectacular view from I1A.
Guests can once again enjoy poolside dining or a and refreshing cocktail at the swim up pool bar, GC’s Pool Bar & Grill has a delicious selection of meals and drinks. They also offers a to-go service if you want your meal delivered to your condo.
GC”s is open to guests 7:00 days a week from 7:00am – 9:00pm and offers a good selection for breakfast lunch and dinner.
